Air Team Vehicle Emissions Testing Station - Naperville

They were very fast here, but these people are the most unfriendliest people ever. I said thank you twice and nothing. The guy is like , stay in the car, open the door, go in orange chair, get back in car, close the door, wait a minute. They have no personality whatsoever!! Makes me feel so uncomfortable!!! But at least I was in and out in minutes!!

Quick and easy testing experience, usually has short lines but can be a longer wait on the weekends. Nice that you can also go into the office to renew your registration and get a new sticker for your license plate, to save time on waiting for one in the mail.

There was about a two minute wait. I'm sure they have their busy times, but lunch time on a Friday was no problem today. Was there for less than 10 minutes. Good experience.

I recommend it. The queue lasts quickly

Overall Good and convenient experience. Staff seemed a little worn down, but no surprise it was 90° outside. They weren't rude. I would have preferred to know up front the fee for renewing my plates there with a posted sign or something, along with knowing that their tap to pay doesn't accept Mastercard unless the physical card is present.
